play now button broke!!

so i ahve everything downloaded but when it pops up i click play it now and it doesnt work and makes me real sad faced plz help

What play now button? The one after you set up the teams, map and scheme, and click to play the game? What is your defenition of "doesn't work"? Does it actually do nothing? Does it all go black? Does it quit to the desktop? Do you have the latest 3.6.28.0 update from http://wa.team17.com ?

And finally, where did you buy your game and what companies other than Team17 does it have on the box and disc?

i think he downloaded it from trymedia or somewhere and it shows a splash screen before starting the game... just like most trial programs thses days from shockwave games etc.
