Can it be done? If not please state so immediately, however I have reason to believe there is a way............

I have already set up Computer1 with the following ports 17010-17012 forwarded correctly and I can host fine. BUT, in order for Computer1 to host, I had to check the "Force IP" box under 'Player Information' in Configuration, which made me notice ANOTHER option field: "PORT" which was set to 17011.

Now my question to those network bypassing wormers out there is... does this mean that I can customize which ports are used for internet play, and thus set up a different set of ports for which Computer2 may be able to host game simutaneously?

Thanks for any useful information! :)

your assumption is correct, both can share the same IP, and both must use seperate ports.

You only need to forward the port specified in the network dialog (ports 17010 and 17012 aren't used). You don't need to check "Force IP" any more, as the external IP is detected from the IRC server.

No, it can't be done. It only uses port 17011, and this can only be routed to one PC at a time by your router.
