Installed WA with the latest update patch, but my game keeps crashing to desktop with a driver error for some reaosn. Got the latest drivers from the Acer website (none on the nVidia website for the 8400m GS). Anyone got any tips? Compatibility mode doesn't work.

Also, the sound will randomly cut out during the game for no apparent reason.

Hmm, never heard of this problem before...

Try completely uninstalling the driver before reinstalling it, as that can sometimes eradicate the issue.
With compatibility mode, make sure aero is off, as that can cause problems.

Sound cutting out, that may be to do with your CD, try cleaning it or create an ISO of the CD (legally!)

Also, the sound will randomly cut out during the game for no apparent reason. What does the driver error look like? Does it literally say "Driver error" or is there a little error code that comes with it.

BTW, I'm at the UEA ;)
