Go to your User/Games folder.
Find the replay of the game you played on that map.
Right click on the replay file.
Choose "Extract Map"

Have you properly installed the latest beta update (http://wa.team17.com/main.html?page=supp&area=upda&file=15) v3.6.28.0?

What, in /User/Games your supposed to have a few .WAGAME files. You right click on one of those and click Extract Map in the context menu.

EDIT: And to get your version, move your mouse over the WA logo in the main menu and see what it says at the bottom of the screen. If it says 3.6.28.0, you're fine, anything else, then you need the update.

And if you have downloaded your copy of WA, even if it's legally off trymedia or gametap, you cannot update it.

Are you using Windows Vista by any chance? Perhaps your file associations aren't set up.
The User\Games folder is supposed to have replays of every game you've played, online or offline. Double-clicking them should allow you to re-watch those games, and right-clicking presents some options, including extracting the map from that game.

It's doesn't. And I'm afraid Vista doesn't support .WAgame files. Your best bet at downloading maps played on WormNet is Map Theif. (http://worms2d.info/Map_Theif)

Shirdel is mis-informing you. All you have to do is run W:A once with administrator priviledges, so it can create the file associations.
