how can i submit a new speech bank?

hi, i've done a new speech bank, i am from chile and i made it sound like "chilean" sort of speak, so everyone from here can use it and have fun with it

is there a way to submit it so everyone can download it?

True, BlameThePixel is where people mostly search for Worms stuff first (except maybe for color maps).

His HDD is a private Worms backup (including BTP and WMDB)... :)
