Yauhui asked me to post this for him because of his browser problem that doesnt allow long posts.
Is it possible to convert a Flash 8 .FLA file to Flash MX (6.0)?
I'm using Flash MX but nearly 80% of all .FLA files out there are Flash MX2004 or Flash 8 files, causing me great difficulty with expanding my skills in Flash.
I tried a couple of decompilers out there (SWF to FLA btw.) but the end result - rubbish.
Notably the Sothink SWF Decompiler (trial edition, duhhhh).
Or unless some good Samaritan wouldnt mind working as a voluntary FLA converter on the Internet?
I'd love to have the deviantART official Flash preloader converted to Flash MX first.
Thanks in advance.

p.s. hey, remember my "alien animation" thingy thread back in November last year? I finished the animation, and the final export was over 350MB. I had great difficulty in finding two things:
1) A stable internet connection (malaysia sucks.)
2) A good and free file host.
Once I get two of those, you'll see the animation in no time! (prepare nausea bags, 'aye!)
