Was meinen Sie? Deutsch kommt mit WA. If you mean speech, you can change that in the options for your team. If you mean the text, you can change that in the options. There's a drop-down list which has English, Deutsch, Français, and some others.
(No, I don't really speak German. I just put some English into an online automatic translator).

Do you mean for the Worms' voices or text in the menu (and game)?

No, what Hecworm means are a handful of regional dialect (from Germany) speechbanks.
They are included in the German PS1 version of WA.

(That version also includes the playable landscapes Dinos and Domestic by default. It misses the Tools landscape though, IIRC.)

So, does anyone have the PS1 version of WA and can extract them?
I would be interested too (for adding them to Dream17).

Sorry. I forgot that Bavarian German is different from "Standard" German.
