Can't start a game

I have a friend trying to play W:A and as far as I know has patched and updated. However, when we turn the lightbulbs on to start our game, it says something along the lines of...

cannot start game due to features unsupported by the following player

Then the player's name followed by Map/Schemes.

How can this be fixed?

it means that one of the other players in your game has failed to patch and update properly because the patch process is taken care of automatically in the latest update.

v3.6.28.0 is the latest.
