Annother Vista problem.........

yea. i've read every vista-based topic in here, and did do whatever said, but is just says: "WA has encounted an error. look in the ERORLOG.TXT file for detailed information." message.

isn't there a full-working vista patch out there?

Compress + Attach the errorlog.txt file.

And your version number cannot be 2.3, it must be 3.6.28.0 as that's the latest version and the only one that gives errorlogs.

Also, what is your graphics card? (To find out pres start --> run, type dxdiag , click Display) Have you tried opening the WA folder whilst playing, using "Run as admin", tried fiddling with compatibility, updated your graphics drivers?

There is no official support for Vista + Intel video chipsets. Intel broke compatibility with their new Vista drivers.
If you can't get any of the hacks mentioned in other forum threads working, you're out of luck for the near future.
