Flag in the wrong place?

I posted this in the flag design thread but it probably wasn't the best place to put it.

I designed my flag and spent [a fair amount of] time painting it in the Flag Editor during the creation of my team.

However this isn't the flag that appears online when i play using my time. Now I look in the online profile section of the menu i see that there is a separate flag editor!

is there any way I can copy the flag from my team onto my online profile? Don't want to have to re-paint it.

Nope, you will have to draw it again (strange design). The DS version doesn't have that problem but DS flags are harder to draw and don't look as good.

ugh. oh well - done now. gave me the opportunity to tweak the design a bit
