Means it's a DVD, not a CD. So putting it in a CD drive will do diddly squat.

It's about a tenner for a plain internal DVD-rom drive these days, but you could probably pick one up free second hand easily enough. If you get one of them the easiest way to use it would probably be to open up the case, take out the CD drive and put the DVD drive in its place, cables and all.
Alternatively, you can get USB or firewire external DVD drives, but those are a bit more pricey.
I'd be surprised if you haven't already got a DVD drive though, they've been around quite a few years now.
or u can copy the files on to a DVD

That still requires a DVD reader, and a CD writer thrown into the mix.
And a starforce crack.
Ain't gonna happen.
and a CD writer thrown into the mix.
Don't you mean a DVD writer?
Anyway, yes, Edu_99's idea was absolutely attrocious.

Don't you mean a DVD writer?Oh, looks like I would. Thought he said CD, since copying them to a DVD is even more pointless.
A DVD drive should be available between 15 and 30USD I think. Installing it shouldnt cause too much of a problem if you know anyone who is mildly skilled with computer hardware ask them to install it for you.
