Hey iam new at Wormnet

My problem is, everytime when I want to connect to the wormnet my WA crashes and I receive an error messages.. I downloaded the newest patch but it doesn't help! can you help me please?

Have you got a firewall (like Zone Alarm or similar) which creates a message when programs attempt to connect to the internet? If so, try temporarily disabling it then seeing if you can configure it.

I've got Zonealarm, but when I want to connect to wormnet I aready disabled it.. its the same.. everytime fatal error.

Does the "fatal error" mention anything about ERRORLOG.TXT?

You know, it greatly helps if you post exact error messages (or screenshots) in support forums.
