When any worm do Plop then is error :/

Did you try to reinstall the game?
Where did you buy the game CD, and what's the publisher (MicroProse, etc.)?
Does the CD look scratched or damaged?
Is the file X:\Data\Water\Blue\Water.dir readable (where X: is the CD drive with the W:A CD)?
If it is, can you upload it somewhere?

Hmh. Yes I had this problem for ... 4 months. I musted play wwp :( In this month i reinstalled my windows (sure not special for WA :P ) & is the same...
My wersion is 3 in 1 (wa+wwp+blast) .. but if this problem can be because i have this version i try other (today lent from freind only WA in 1 cd).
Very odd is ...in first use after install was good ;/

The Beta updates aren't compatible with unofficial versions of W:A CDs.
If you tell us the publisher and we confirm that the publisher has rights to distribute W:A, we may add support for their CDs to the Beta updates.
