crate bug ?

i find a crate with cluster bomb but it not was set to Appear
in the scheme weapons editor i set the cluster crates probability at 0

or this is a bug ...or maybe that Appear after take the crates shower and in that game.
before i get that cluster crate my opponent get the crate shower.

if one gets a crate shower, any weapon can appear, even those that were selected to not appear at all
