My computer crashed and I lost all of my computer data. I have been playing WA for 3 years, and now when I try to play it after this crash, it won't work. I downloaded all the patches and updates, but when I click to play the game, this comes up:

I clicked on the "If you have already purchased this product, click here" and it says I need to renew my license, and I need my activation code that was sent to my email or something from when I bought the game. Well, I don't have it, or even remember getting an email from whoever.
Anyone know what to do?
