Hi everybody, yesterday I play w:a one time with ONE graphical problem, i rebooted it and can play without problems;

than I reboot my computer on vista, do some things, and go to bed, now I reboot on XP and just go on worms and there is a black screen , than a smallest blank screen, and this stupid errorlog file

I uninstalled it & reinstalled

without the update I just heard the sond & black screen
with the latest no way to launch ....


Ps: Os XP
GPU: nVidia Ge-Force 8800 GTX
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo Extreme (4 logical CPU)
RAM: 4 Gb

To answer your question, no, it's not a stupid update because you're having some problems.
About your other concerns, sorry, I'm clueless.

Don't expect us to fix your problem when you just say "it doesn't work, it's broken, it's stupid, fix it!".

Compress and post the error log.

I don't say the update is stupid,I just say the crashs are, I just don't like being playing worms one day without any problem, and the next day, crash...

Try running WA.exe with "/nointro".

ok , but could I run wa.exe with noitro using wa IP overide?

There's no reason to use IP override anymore. WA now fetches your IP from the WA IRC server (as long as force IP isn't ticked). It does the same as those IP override programs but with more reliability.

this was introduced in v3.6.28.0. the earlier versions required IP Override.
