Weird glitch?

Maybe it is just me but..

While I am playing the game, during my opponents turn, the screen jumps right to the top of the viewable area. I can't see their moves cause it is so far up, then it jumps back down and acts normal for my turn...then jumps back up..

ALL other games I play act normal, so it is not the controller,
I have tried rebooting and it still does it...

You might think this is a stupid question, but...

Do you play Guitar Hero or Rock Band with a wired guitar controller and keep it plugged in all the time or forget to uplug it?

Wow, a new 360? funny thing is, I just bought this 360 last week after my other one had the three red lights and a voided warranty seal.... jeeeze...

this game is reeeeeally buggy...
