Where should I point people who have hosting problems?

Hello,

I'm an avid host, and sometimes I get people asking how they can host. I'm assuming cuz they tried and can't. Where should I point these people to, for the best possible help? A link or something, preferably. I have a program that pastes text with certain buttons, so I can dedicate a key to pasting a link each time. So the best place to send them would be great. I don't know it myself because it's been too long since I had to fix my own hosting problems. Thanks
