Change Worms World Party Controls?

Hi
I have problems with playing Worms World Party on XP SP2. Pressing spacebar just wont shoot the weapon :( its not responding. However, out of Worms World Party, I can use my spacebar as usual.
Can I change the controls or fix this?

search for and disable any keyboard software you have running... this includes stuff like intellpoint (and its keyboard equivilent)
