For the DS version, you would have to record it externally (webcam / camcorder / camera / etc.). Not sure about PSP.

Doesn't the New PsP Lite have TV out? If so you could do it through that. For ds I think you're out of luck. Gaming shows I think use developers kits to capture from it?
