View Full Version : An error. On Windows XP SP2 [Worms Armageddon]

When I try to start Worms Armageddon 3.6.28.0 on my computer, happen an error: "Worms Armageddon has encountered an error. Detailed information about the error is on errorlog.txt"

Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2
AMD Duron 800mhz
PC Chips
256mb ram
OnBoard - 32mb shared
i don't know the sound card
DirectX Tests: All OK.

This crash seems to fall into the category of an yet unsolved bug.

hello. i had (have) the exact same problem.

i compared both of our errorlog.txt files and found that (apparently) the error was caused in the same place.

"wa caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module wa.exe at 001b:00409f0c."

was anything figured out through your private ic that might be able to help me? thanks very much.

windows xp sp2 (on a second partition, btw)
intel(R) cpu
2140 @ 1.60Hz (duo)

include your motherboard and video card when listing your specs.

You can't know for sure that you have exactly the same problem unless you also compared the stack trace. Did you compare the stack trace?

Please post the compressed error log so we can be sure.

I have the same problem..I'm running a piece of crap..

right click props compatbility if xp win 98/me works fine
if vista choose vista.
right click on WA ;)

ACER
Intel Pentium dual-core 1.46
2GB DDR2
160GB HDD
1GB Video card

Please help me!

P.S. When I click right button and properties and compatibility there is no VIsta. The latest version is Xp sp2
