Graphic problem with XP

Hi!
I have a Graphic Issue running game on Windows XP and LG Flatron 19' Wide screen. I don't have proper picture - it's all black&white with stripes and other messy stuff. And it also doesn't play videos at the beginning.

Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers?
