Ok so I've tried googling for one but the ones I've found didn't have that many people on the forums. Does any one know one that is very active and has a lot of updated files such as fiddler schemes, sound banks, graves etc?

No forums, but http://www.wmdb.org/ and http://www.wsdb.org/ for maps and schemes respectively.

You probably found www.wormscc.co.uk and noticed its fantastic array of 5 active members and no updates for 2 to 3 years but it is still alive.....

Maybe I should start updating it....
