hello
wa doesn't work properly on my new dell pc.
i have vista running
i can start it, but:
1)the colors are strange (can also be only the widescreen)
2)when i try to open a game wa quits and returns to desktop
I have the newest drivers and patch 3.6.28
can anyone help me please?

yes but i'm too slow to watch it
before I'm able to click, it and wa gets closed together
are the error messages saved anywhere in the wa folder?

Try compressing + attaching the errorlog.txt file in WA's root directory. CyberShadow might be able to do something with it.

I don't think an errorlog.txt file would be generated in this case.

SolidFake: try installing WormKit (http://worms.thecybershadow.net/wormkit/) and the attached module. Run the game via WormKit.exe and do whatever you usually do to crash it. You should get a message about ERRORLOG.TXT - then, compress it and upload it here.

do I have to load any specific modules too, because when I try without loading any I don't get an errorlog.txt when it crashes?

what version is your game? the latest version tells you when it crashes and makes a errorlog.txt

it crashes and doesn't tell (the window with the error closes immediately)

What kind of error window is it? Maybe you can try to catch a screenshot of it by pressing Print Screen just as it appears (then pasting it in Paint).

Also, when exactly does the error happen? "when I try to open a game" isn't clear enough for me...

it happens when I e.g. click on deathmatch or click on "start game" in any modi.
It says then "working" and then it shuts down.

O wait I have a better idea I will make it with fraps, maybe I can catch it.

Ok the problem is:
I only see that a window opens in the taskbar but the screen is black meanwhile
I'm also not able to click the error window it only appears 1 second

And no ERRORLOG.TXT file is created even if you run it with WormKit + wkCrashOnExit?

Try reinstalling your game.

If that doesn't work, tell us where did you purchase your game CD from, and from what publisher (it should be written on the case/disk).
