How do I get the other flags that the computer team has?

I notice that the computer teams sometimes have neat flags, like kamakazi and such. How do I get these flags for my team?

Also how do I upload a flag, there is an option for this on my edit profile screen.

I just came back from a long plane ride playing WOW 2, so this is why I have these questions.
