I was wondering if there is a way to kick people out of your game after it's already started?
use a program to monitor internet connections to your computer and simply prevent a person from connecting to you.
Or you could do what everyone else does and get to know people before you let them play in your games. A lot of the time a few lines of chat are enough to tell you whether you'll want someone out as soon as the game has started.
1) Tell everyone to press Alt+F4 simultaneously and you'll get back to the game host screen.
2) Rehost without the idiot.
3) Remember the idiot's name to avoid future incidents.

I was actually thinking of doing something like that, just write down various people's names and keep it so you can filter them out.
It would be a lot easier though if there were an in game feature that would allow you to use the /kick function in a game that has already started.
