Bah I installed in into the slot but when i boot, it boots as if the firewire card is my new video card so i can't use the screen. How can I make it so it doesn't do that?

Thanks,
J K

If Windows misinterprets a new hardware or Plug-and-Play USB devices, it's probably the registry. What version of Windows do you have?

Windows XP Proffessional SP2 has a nasty problem with it's registry. I still can't use my SD card reader. Sorry, bud, can't help you there. But I'm almost 60% sure it's the registry.
