There is no way to change the controls within the game. You'd do well to buy a new keyboard.

If your spacebar is broken, how come your words are separated in that post?

I don't know why you'd want to continue using a broken keyboard, but if you'd like to do so, you can use autohotkey (http://www.autohotkey.com/) to map another key (or a mouse button if you really want that) to the spacebar.

This page (http://www.autohotkey.com/docs/misc/Remap.htm) explains how the program can be used to remap keyboard or mouse buttons.
