Well I own wwp, but I just found out that WA was better than wwp. Should I buy WA or are they too simaler to know the difference?

Also which is the best place to buy it from?

WA is still getting patched at the moment, so you'll continually get new features and bug fixes.
Some time in the future, WA and WWP eventually get merged, so you only need a CD of one of the games.
That could take quite some time, so I suggest you do get WA.

Yes, you can convert the price into your own currency. They do international delivery, which might cost extra.
