I've encountered a tricky situation - I won't call it bug because there's always the possibility of me just overlooking something - which I'd like to solve with your help... I tried to import a new map via the editor... first, checking the map aspects: 1920x1552 pixels, 64 colors set in Photoshop, RGB 0-0-0 is included, and of course, the image is in the User\Import folder. So, that done, let's go on to the actual problem:
First, I can't import any PNG maps, regardless of which size or whatever they are - they simply don't appear in the import list within the editor. They do appear when I convert them to BMP, but then, the question if to resize or cut it shows up. So yeah, I couldn't get any map to work yet larger than 1920x660...
Aside from that, once while importing a BMP image, the game decided to shutdown and leave me with an errorlog I attached...
I tried to import the map again with the very same image and didn't encountered a problem...
For your information, I'm running the German version on WinXP SP2, with the most recent patch applied, of course. As it's a software issue from what I can see, I won't list the other system specs, but feel free to ask if you should need them.
Thanks in advance for your help.
