Ok, so I can't host on WA. I've already forwarded ports 17011-17013, so what's wrong?

More info?

What router do you have? Have you forwarded to the correct internal IP? Have you got a firewall on your computer and/or the router? What operating system have you got? etc.

try to enable DMZ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demilitarized_zone_%28computing%29) to your router
it bypasses all portforwards

only enable DMZ if you have a firewall, and even then you would face problems with your firewall >.>

enabling DMZ lets everyone on the web have a party with your PC unless your protected by other means.
