Are you using Windows Vista?

Do you have a palette.log file in your W:A folder?

Now is ok!!!!!
But there are another problem.........
When i finish a mission and return to menu i see black ....... why?

Minimize the game (press Shift+Escape or click at the bottom of the screen), restore it and it'll be OK.
