Worms 3D runs too fast

I am experiencing a problem playing Worms 3D on my PC.

I have an AMD 64-4600 PC, 1GB RAM and an Nvidia 7900 Video Card.

About 1 time out of 10 the game will play ok, but for the most part it runs very fast. I get about 5-6 seconds to move before my turn expires.

I installed SP2 for the game.

Any thoughts?

Reinstall the game

OR

Find somewhere a patch which sets the time of the turn to 720 seconds.......
