can't run games

I can start up the game, but I can't play set-up games, it just goes to black and stays there, then I have to use 'ctrl+alt+delete' and cancel it, then it says the program was not responding

Have you tried installing the latest patch and beta update?
What version of the game are you using - Sold-Out, TryMedia, Green Pepper, Hasbro Best Of?
