I was wondering if theres any way to run Armageddon if it's already installed without the actual armageddon disc?
Quick reply mode on.

It will. After all, why wouldn't it? Windows thinks it has a real CD.

ummm i made an iso image of my worms armageddon cd and it still then i use daemon tools to mount it as a virtual drive and it doesn't work it asks me to put my cd in do i have to use the same program that the guide says because i use iso and daemon tools for all my images.

I use MagicDisc. Works like a charm.

I use daemon tools with my Worms Armageddon "Sold Out" cd image and it works fine.

I do the same with my...I don't know what kind of disc it is. It's UK and the disc art is an armageddon symbol. I think I got it in a huge box that PC games used to come in (at the same time as buying Worms United, Worms 2 and Worms Pinball in a box set). No idea what that type of CD is called.
But yeah, I use it with Alcohol 52% and with intros off it loads in <3s the first time you run it, and ~1s subsequently :D
Are you using windows vista or is there something else you reckon would be valuable information for people out there who might be able to help?

i'm using windows xp and the only thing i really need to know is what image format i need to burn the disc in ummmm because iso didn't work for some reason i even burned it and it still didn't work figures why would it if mounting didn't work. so if anyone knows the format i have to convert it to that would be awsome thanks
.iso should work just fine.
Is this the first time you're using daemon tools or have you used it before? You might need to turn all emulation features on or off, or tweak that, but there really should be no problems with WA running from a virtual drive, try another program perhaps?
