W.A on vista i need help!!

right i have vista laptop and i installed worms Armageddon onto my laptop.so i try to run game and i get the colour changing a black screen then a message comes up "worms Armageddon has stopped working windows is trying to find a solution". (it doesn't find a solution) any help. P.S i have the sold out version, and the English version) P.P.S Please do not post a message saying "i have the same problem" because i want answers. P.P.P.S i have tried changing the compatibility and using Microsoft application compatibility tool kit 5. P.P.P.P.S sorry for all the P.P.P.S's ETC:D

I was having the same issues as he was... Your advice fixed my problem, I can play Worms Armageddon on my Vista laptop now! Thank you! My wife will be thrilled that we can play against each other now without hot-seating!

(I'd actually gotten it to work once before, but I think I put one of the older patches on afterwards for some reason, screwing up all my work! Thank you again for telling us what version of the beta patch to use!)

yes i applyed the patch and update still getting the "fatel error see errorlog.txt for more infomation

Compress and upload the ERRORLOG.TXT file, or upload it to a free file sharing provider (like MediaFire (http://www.mediafire.com/)) and post the link.

You are most likely using an integrated Intel video chipset. At the moment, Intel's video drivers for Windows Vista are incompatible with Worms:Armageddon. It may be possible that Intel will issue an update in the future.

I think the only suggestion we can give is to bug Intel for updated drivers, although I'm not sure on the specific pieces of information they will require to update the drivers. It's not as easy as saying "New driver please", they need to know more about the game, so hopefully CS or DC will let you know.

You don't need the "patch" unless you plan on an offline install.
