Game crash

I'm having a recurrent problem while playing the basic training. in granade training (level 3), when i have destroyed the 4th or the last objective, the game crashes. it then pops up a windows message that says that there has been an error concerning the wa exe file.

i'm running the last version of the game, on Windows XP Pro SP2.(5.1)
