It could just shoot a bullet that makes you stay stuck in the air for about 10 or 15 seconds.
Unless thats not what it does.

When opened, it can create a small area with no gravity in front of the gun. The point then drags and grabs things that no normal worm can grab physically. (It doesn't actually hold the thing, but it hovers in the invisible zero gravity point.) The object immediately loses it's weight when grabbed. Then, it can punt the object for long distances with a strong bolt of (Orange) Lightning. (Doesn't work as a laser!) It can also launch the object without grabbing it from a small distance. But the longer away, the weaker punt. If too long, it can't make it move at all.. That's why having it grabbed first makes it have more power and presicion.

Also, i tried to take both images of the cloth i made, put the worm picture you provided under it, and saw it fit perfectly.

Hey, thats super-awesome. Give me the separate hair/clothing sprites, and I'll see if I can incorporate them (not sure if the cape can be done, since it will be rotated and could look ugly)
Theres no cape. It's a shirt with a shoulderblade.
Anyways, i'll just zip them together in a file as a .png and attach them.

Add one? I don't see any alpha masks in the .zip file. You know what I mean by alpha mask, right? Like the transparency map of a texture. White pixels are visible, black pixels are invisible, gray are more or less transparent. This method is used for a smoother look.

I've got to break it to you, the clothing you made was really nice, but I would have to program it especially to make it look okay, so don't expect to see it in the game. The hair is in, though.
The template I gave you is for head-stuff only. If you want to make glasses, mustaches (face-stuff) I'll have to make a separate template for that, as they are a bit different.
That's okay though. I guess i have to wait for shirt customization. (If you're going to have it in.)
Hmm, you know, the skin color..
In the sprites for skin color, you have the upper and lower body. Instead of changing the color of the skin only, you could have my shirt on the upper part of the body. Just a suggestion, but doesn't matter that much.

The skin color is full-worm only. Lower body are outfits, but they are split into different sprites. I guess you could remake your outfit, if youre up for it, to fit the format. I'll give you some templates and instructions later. You'll need to make it into two parts, and make a jumping texture for it (pretty simple).

Thats about right, actually. Almost. only the clothing are split into two parts because of aiming/rotating.
That's what i mean. The upper part where it's been split, you could add the shirt. It could be tweaked to look good even if rotated.
But let's just wait and see for the time being, shall we?
Yeah, we just have to draw the cloth split, and it should look great. I can upload the alpha mask, so you can check it out.
Right. If you can just modify these alpha masks, and then make textures for both, that should do.
Edit: Added the jumping animation alpha mask for the lower clothing.

Uh Mordi, Why don't you make another hairdo? A worm with a burning head. I think you should do this one since you could just use a particle system and the xy coordinates are located on the worms' head.
Or you could just ask Bald636 to do that...:p

I made a new map specially for online play:
WormsARENA (http://www.willhostforfood.com/access.php?fileid=22991)
WormsARENA, or WARENA in short, is a map where worms start at the bottom, and are seperated by a divider in the middle.
Players have to make their way to the top, where they battle out on a platform.
A gravity level of 75% or higher is required to play the map.
WARENA is a part of the ARENA series that I'll be making, and other maps I'm currently testing right now is BARENA (BattleARENA) and GARENA (GameARENA).
Hope you will enjoy the above map.. :)

kinda noobish,but,i cant pick up a weapon.i press m.then m,and p.and i dont get the weapon.
Have you changed your controls on the main menu? Also, ensure that mouse aim is set to OFF (it shows as "off" when mouse control is not toggled).

Sorry to revive the thread, just wanted to say this:
Mordi and Baldy have stopped making Worms, but someone is continuing it, and a new update for the game will be released soon.
Keep up with whats going on, and maybe post suggestions in the forum: http://worms.ja-lb.com/forum
Also, something recently happened to the website, and the website is now: http://worms.ja-lb.com/
Well, (according to Baldy at least) Mordi himself said that the duo might continue the game eventually. And if they do, they won't pick up on Safor's mod (read up about it on the Worms! forum). They'll start from where they left off.
About Safor's mod, this started when Baldy announced that he and Mordi will not work on the game anymore, which is quite some time ago. Then Safor decided to revive the game by making a mod of it. It's still unofficial though, because we haven't seen anything released yet. So until he does, he's just a fan of Worms! trying to resurrect a game.
