If I dont connect the internet to my box and just sign into my profile locally I can only seem to play the Trial version of worms. Which is fine at my home, but I want to take the Drive over to a friends place to play worms as well (they dont have internet)...am I pretty much boned here?

MS only lets you use full versions of games on the same console it was bought on. If you are using a different 360, you have to be signed into live on the account that bought the game.
You have to call MS and ask them to credit you the points, so you can buy it again for that particular 360. I know they have done this when you can prove that your 360 was replaced or if they repaired it but if you just bought another 360, I don't know how you could prove that it wasn't still on your previous one.

Hmmm, well now that you mention it I did have the red rings and had to get my box replaced...
So you're saying that if it was the box I bought the game on, I could disconnect the internet and still play the full worms version? (just want some ammo for the ms tech line...)
**Note: I can play the full version fine if I actually connect to Live
Thanks for the help

Yes normally you can play the full version of any arcade games you have bought offline. It's only a problem when you go to play it on another 360.
