You can buy it from the T17 store (https://secure.team17.com/browse.html?area=selection&productid=24&platform=PC/MAC). I'd recommend one of the multipacks that include WA.

Oh I see, you were having problems connecting online!
In that case i'd recommend trying Liksi's (http://www.liksi.com/prob.htm), Spadger's (http://www.spadger.uk.ro/), and Des's (http://computerhead.biz/forum/index.php) sites in that order. Des's is also a forum, so feel free to post there with a more detailed explanation of the problem and we'll see if we can help ;)

If it's just the IP switcher patch you're after, it can be found here (http://computerhead.biz/forum/viewtopic.php?t=51). You will need to sign up and log in before you are able to download, however. (It only takes a second!)
Again, if you have any trouble with this, feel free to post in the thread i've just linked to.
