Judging by that picture that would be an early version of Worms3D, not the finished product. (You can find more pictures at the official website) Things evidently changed during development, as you can also see by looking at the health bars and power meter. So no, it's not a secret weapon, sorry. ;)

The bazooka model changed a lot during development. My guess is that's what it is.

thats a diffrent matter entirely, you can find that in starworm's mission guides. they're pretty easy to find
