Worms 2 patches?

To me - this is the ultimate 2D worms game, because of its flexibility. (A pity it didn't have the feats of WWP though. :o )

But I wonder, are there any patches that improve the graphics resolution and stuff like that?

www.computerhead.biz has a patcher that lets you choose loads of resolutions plus adjust various other parts of it, tho some settings may cause a desync if used online.
