Lol, why am I so tempted to punch his face in? :p Maybe it's that tooth. It must be destroyed.probably because if angelus redrew that image, giving him a black eye and blood dripping from his mouth, without changing any of the actual lineart it would still look perfectly fine. :p

Lol, why am I so tempted to punch his face in? :p Maybe it's that tooth. It must be destroyed.
It's because he looks like he's ready to punch you. Self defense comes first, and attack is the best form of defense.
And cracking picture as usual Angelus.
Lol, why am I so tempted to punch his face in?
Wait...
when have you not been tempted to punch anyone's face in?

24 Dec 2007, 05:04
I did. Not Clarke's best, and certainly not as good as 2001, but it was entertaining.
I didn't read it but 2001 was such a visual treat and so very well directed that I didn't feel compelled to read the book.
2010 wasn't as good but it's still great.

25 Dec 2007, 09:38
I wouldn't expect any less of Kubrick, since he is my favorite director for a reason. 2010, well, it definately isn't Kubrick, but it has it's moments. I also liked the jabs and references to 2001 thrown in there. ;)

My 24" screen totally murders my tablet. Check out the shakyness!
I have to constraint the working area on only a section of the screen otherwise I can't really achieve smooth lines at all.
I need a new tablet. :p
Vader's entry is in progress btw.
How big is your tablet? As a guess, it seems the tablet's resolution is too low compared to your monitor's resolution. Note however that I know nothing about how this stuff works.
MtlAngelus
5 Feb 2008, 09:49
My tablet is tiny.
And my screen is HUGE.
Yeah I need a BIGGER tablet.
Meanwhile, look at this sketch of Vader.

I have a 24" screen(1920*1200), and my tablet has a drawing area of about 12.7 cm * 9.3 cm. :p
I really can't use the full screen as drawing area because the lines become very shaky and also because the screen is widescreen and my tablet is not.
Also thanks for the commentses. :p

Nop. My current job is even worse, but pays more. :p
I mean, it is easy, but I'm employed by family, who are also emotionally stupid, constantly fighting, and with idiotic work regulations. I could do the job I do right now in 3-4 hours, but due to space and equipment limitations and irrational rules I have to be there 10 hours a day.
Edit: Hell, I'm even considering going back to a call centre. But given current economic crisis in US it might not be a bold move. :P
