WWP bug please help :(

whenever i start a game the colours change to black and i can't see anything.i can barely see the worms' names above them and the weapon menu.i've got the latest patch but it doesn't make any difference.so what should i do?

try closing stuff like web browsers, microsoft office, media players, etc.
