Can´t join game...

Hi!

Everything works fine:

-Game installed
-Connection to the Internet is up
-Connected to UK-Server
-Created a room
-Created a game

...but no one can´t join in!!!

Even I can´t join an exisiting room... :-(

Do I have to install further network programs to get this fixed?

I do have a firewall up and running, but wouldn´t that mean that I can´t even get that far?
