i live in the Us and was just curious if the game will come out on the same day in both places.

There is a post about the relative release schedule somewhere here. I can't find it now, but I do know that US will get it on the first release day.

Arcade games get released onto the the Market place at the same time. I beleive in the UK it's 8:00 am wednesdays.

Yes, it'll be a global release afaik, since it's localised into 7 languages.
