is missing the first part of it :) (why would a network have its IP banned?)

The complete sentence is:
"Anyone using a non-authorized client to connect to this network will have their IP temporarily banned." :rolleyes:

Maybe it's getting filtered by some weird firewall/anti-virus/cyber-nanny program.
