I have 3com 3CR858-91 router.
If ne1 has it can he share his settings?
I've done the same which is written on http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/3com/3CR858-91/Worms_Armageddon.htm
but it didn't help. :(

If smb has this router can u post here these pages:

1. Lan settings
2. Firewall->special applications
3. Firewall->virtual servers

Add one entry to Virtual Servers with your PC's LAN IP address, both protocol types, and LAN and public port 17011.

Then, find out your Internet IP address from your router's status page, enter it into the box in the top right of the configuration screen in W:A, and select the "Force IP" box under it.

Do you have the ports allowed on your windows firewall as well?

Also make sure you have the right lan ip address to enter into virtual servers. You won't find this on the status page.. type "cmd" in the run box then "ipconfig". i have a 3com router and it rarely changes my lan ip address but you still need to check every now and then to make it sure its right.

Special applications won't help i think...

for special applications did you add the WA.EXE file to it? (its situated in your worms armageddon folder)Why would he need to do that?
i've done it but still cant... :(
maybe there's smth with special applications screen?Nah, ignore the special applications screen. If you've done everything i said and it still isn't working, something else is blocking it. Either another router, firewall/anti-virus software, etc.

Here's my special applications screen:

And here virtual servers screen:
http://img209.imageshack.us/my.php?image=virtserversqe1.jpg

I can choose any application in the special applications screen, only to enter these values:
Trigger Port Trigger Type Public Port Public Type Enabled

I have two computers at home. And the router is mine.
When i connect directly from one comp without a router (creating vpn connection not at router) i can host.

Hmm, there may be a conflict going on because you have the same port enabled in special applications and virtual server. Try removing the special applications settings.

add ports 6667, 17010, and 17012 as well

special applications will neither cause or solve any problems so just ignore it..

this is how mine looks and works perfectly

add ports 6667, 17010, and 17012 as well

Do NOT do that. I can guarantee you that will not help. Whatever source you got that from is WRONG.

umluser: is W:A configured correctly? As in, in the network configuration, have you set the IP field to your external IP address and checked "Force IP address"?

umluser

yes, ip is correct there, i've checked it...

ohh... sorry

just tested it without the other ports open and it still works, so yeh you only need 17011.

im on xp pro sp2 with router firewall on

so... it's written that "Note: Enabling/Disabling the Firewall will affect the SPI, LAN Servers, Client IP Filter, MAC Address Filter and the DMZ functions."

so better to switch it on.

can u share these settings:

Advanced:
NAT is it on or off?
IPSec NAT-T Pass-through is it on or off?
Universal Plug & Play is it on or off?
WAN Ping Blocking is it on or off?

Firewall->spi

can u post to imageshack.us
that screen?
