Wierd cheat programe thingy

I remember back in the day (1997ish) playing this game with my brothers but the missions were too difficult and so my older brother downloaded a kind of cheat programe where you could select which weapons you wanted avaliable, then load up game and all the weapons which had been selected would be avaliable whatever game you played e.g. missions/single player.

However i also remember playing red alert 2 at the same time so that cheat programe may have been for RA2 not WA.

Anyone know if such a programe does exist and where to find it?

Can the Fiddler manipulate the single player games? I have never tried it.

Yes, the Fiddler can manipulate single player games. I just tried a deathmatch.

Yeah i think it's called the fiddler, it sounds familiar.
i downloaded the zip file, extracted it but theres no nice .exe file just loads of non reconised ones, how do i start the program?
