Well if you have WA v.1 then you need to patch to WA v.3 and then update to the latest beta
If you have WA v.3 already then you skip the patch

It's not complicated if you use the update installer linked in MadEwokHerd's post.

But he has the US version so that doesn't affect him. Also, what Lex said.
